Omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA, DHA, and ALA, are essential unsaturated fats vital for health, as our bodies cannot produce them. 

While traditionally sourced from fish, recent discoveries reveal that algae is a sustainable alternative, as fish obtain omega-3 by consuming smaller fish or algae. 

Extensively studied, omega-3s can combat depression, bost brain and eye function, and lower blood triglycerides.

Algae is an informal term for a large and diverse group of aquatic plants, including seaweed, kelp and sea lettuce.

Omega 3 DHA can maintain a healthy brain and heart, you can read all benefits here.

Our plant based Omega 3 DHA is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. We get our Omega 3 directly from algae which is a plant-based alternative to fish oil Omega 3.

Our Vitamin D3 and K2 supplements are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. While many D3 supplements on the market are sourced from sheep's wool (lanolin), ours is derived from lichen, a symbiotic partnership of two organisms that grows on algae, making this a plant-based alternative.

Additionally, our K2 is also derived from a flower, making this product vegan-friendly.

For best results and a fresher taste, we recommend storing your oils in the fridge.

All our products have an expiration date printed on the packaging. Please refer to the date on your specific product to ensure freshness.

Delivery & Returns

Our estimated delivery time in the UK is 3-5 business days from when the package is dispatched.

If you haven't received an email confirmation for your order or inquiry with Luna & Solis, there might be a few reasons:

  1. Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes emails can mistakenly end up in the Spam or Junk folder. Please check these folders in your email account.
  2. Email Address Errors: Ensure that you provided the correct email address when placing your order or making an inquiry. Typos or mistakes can prevent emails from reaching you.
  3. Email Delays: On rare occasions, there might be slight delays with the email servers. Please give it a few more hours and check again.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our "Track Order" page or the respective courier's website to get real-time updates on your shipment.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund. Items must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging.
